All frames consist of sturdy kiln-dried hardwood which prevents warping, cracking or squeaking.  This method also reduces moisture content, preventing mildew. Frames are reinforced to provide additional support.

Heavy-gauge sinuous steel springs support the seat and provide an even base with no sagging.  S shaped bands are stretched across the frames from front to back and clipped into place. Springs are doubled up at the ends of the seats providing additional support where it is most needed.

Seat cushions are made of high resilient (HR) foam cores, the best in the industry. The foam core is enveloped in a 1.8 Dacron wrap. All cushions are constructed to maintain their shape over time. The density of the cushions can be customized to a firmer or softer seat. Down-wrapped (90/10), synthetic down-wrapped, hypo-allergenic, poly-cloud and soy cushions are also available options.

All sleepers come standard with premium innerspring mattresses approximately 5” thick (upgrades options available). Sleeper frames have tilt-up headrests to achieve a comfortable sitting/reading position and a fall-away crossbar with no metal bars across the middle adding comfort and support.

Resilient foam padding with polyester batting provide cushion for the arms and backs of our upholstered furniture. Custom finishes are applied to hardwood feet, legs and wood bases. There is no warranty on fabric.
